Can I cancel my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. 

How can I check the status of my order?

We will send you the tracking number to make tracking your package easy as possible.  If you have any issue with the tracking number please let us know and we will handle it for you.

How do I pay for my order?

We accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept COD. Please be sure to provide your exact shipping and billing address and enter the credit card information. We take keeping your personal information very serious.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Sometimes our items sell out very quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. We promise that these cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item. In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be cancelled.

 

Can I exchange my order?

We currently do not offer exchanges for customers. If you would like an exchange, we highly recommend notifying our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your item, return the item back and you'll receive a store credit once the unwanted item is in our possession.
