Refund Policy

 

All sales are final.

We only except returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the items purchased.  Our customers satisfaction is our number one priority.

 If you have received your package and the item is not what you ordered or the item is defective click here.

        3. Reason for Refunds and Proof of Purchase

 We will fully examine your claim and notify you via email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price using the original payment method. Our team responds quickly to your needs and we want to make sure you remain our happy customer and continue to shop with us. Again, refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping and handling is non refundable. Any amounts refund will not include the cost of shipping.
