Here at Hey Love Boutique, our goal is for you to have the best experience shopping with us.  We understand that you put trust in us to provide you with good quality clothing and accessories so we take your needs SERIOUSLY.   

 

Returns

All sales are final which means once the item has been shipped you can not return the item(s). If you are entitled to a replacement or refund,  we will replace the item or refund the purchase price using the original payment method.   Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping and handling is non refundable. Any amounts refund will not include the cost of shipping.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are damaged or defective. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us  with details of the product and the defect. Once we receive your claim, we will determine if you are entitled to a refund or send you a replacement.   Some items are not refundable or exchangeable. These include apparel and accessories.
